These can be challenging times to live through, and it makes sense that we all need some extra support. Whether we’re dealing with something new in life or working through old stuff that seems to be popping back in, therapy is a safe place in an often dizzying world.

Clients I love to work with: Late-diagnosed (or suspected) autism and ADHD, LGBTQ+ people, people looking to do trauma counseling (EMDR), those seeking existential meaning, major life transitions, working through religious trauma, and those just generally ready dig into the root of old patterns that do not work for them anymore. I work with adults 18 years of age and up.

Through the use of eclectic interventions, I am guided by the principle of the Carl Rogers' quote, "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." I will accept you for who and where you are and honor you with no judgment.

I did my EMDR training through the EMDR Institute in 2016/2017, I observe the guidelines of the Association for Spiritual, Ethical, and Religious Values in Counseling, and I have obtained a 200-hour yoga teacher certification.

All of my sessions are conducted using HIPPA-compliant telehealth software that I provide. You will just need a quiet, private space and a device with solid internet connection.
